Brandon Semenuk put it all on the line and threw down an incredible run to take gold at the 2014 edition of Red Bull Joyride.
In 2013, Semenuk famously won with a pressure cooker of a second run after bailing on his first. However, that wasn't necessary this year, as he locked down his first run with an extremely technical list of tricks, putting him ahead of Brett Rheeder into first place. Rheeder was unable to complete his second run, allowing Brandon to enjoy a decidedly intense victory lap.

Brandon's confidence was clear from the get-go, with an unprecedented backflip 1-foot can off the opening flat drop. What followed was a masterclass in flare and technicality, highlighted by a backflip double tailwhip, 360 fast plant off the Joyride Cabin (the only one of the competition), and two corked 720s executed to perfection.

The win places Brandon into an exclusive club of which he is the only member, having now won three editions of Red Bull Joyride. With the release of Rad Company, a new season of Life Behind Bars, and today's win on the biggest slopestyle stage of the year, Semenuk has firmly cemented his place in the history of the sport.
