Sebastian Vettel secured his fourth straight win at the Korean Grand Prix today, controlling the race from the front to move closer to his fourth consecutive world title.
Behind the Red Bull Racing car came the two Lotuses of Kimi Raikkonen and Romain Grosjean, while Sauber’s Nico Hulkenberg put in an impressive drive under pressure to finish fourth.
Lewis Hamilton came home in fifth, followed by a disappointed Fernando Alonso in sixth. Mercedes’ Nico Rosberg’s, McLaren’s Jenson Button, Ferrari’s Felipe Massa and the sister McLaren of Sergio Perez rounded out the top ten.
There was drama in the race, meanwhile, as two safety cars were called out, the first after Sergio Perez suffered a tyre blow-out and then another safety car when Sebastian Vettel’s team-mate Mark Webber’s car caught on fire after being hit by the spinning Force India of Adrian Sutil.
