After his successful spell playing Call of Duty, Corentin 'Gotaga' Houssein is now terrifying the opposition and racking up the viewing figures in Fortnite.
Representing French esports organisation Team Vitality since 2015 in Call of Duty and now Fortnite, Gotaga began his career playing Modern Warfare 2 back in 2010.
The then-17-year-old SMG slayer kept training his reflexes and his skill with a gamepad until, in 2012, he was picked up by pro team Mythix and from there, Team Vitality.
Prior to that Gotaga had been known to skip school to play tournaments, which didn't go down well at home, but that all changed when his father came to watch him for the first time.
"He saw these people who came here, just to see me, who weren’t even part of the competition,” Gotaga says. “This is when my dad said ‘wow, this is something totally crazy!’ From that moment on he realised that I could do something with this.”
