The 15 best young wingers in FIFA 19 for all budget options

You'll need some serious cash to pick up the best young wingers in FIFA 19, but you can find some bargains too.

When looking at wingers to pick up for your FIFA 19 team, they need one main stat – pace. Great crossing or silky smooth skills are fantastic but if your winger doesn’t have any pace, he’s not going to get very far.
From players who can whip the ball in after beating the full-back, to those with insane dribbling ability to cut inside and shoot, here are some of the very best young wingers in FIFA 19 career mode for any budget.
Unfortunately, there are no decent free agents (the best we could find was Kiril Despodov, a Bulgarian with maximum 71 potential), but whether you have less than £1m to spend or can afford a superstar, you can boost your squad with a couple of these players.

Best Young Wingers: £0 – £1 million

These three youngsters are still progressing through the youth sides at their respective clubs but before long, they’ll be showing their skills to the world.
Glenn Middleton (LW, Rangers)
Currently at Rangers, Glenn Middleton is an 18-year-old Scottish left winger with some naughty pace. He's already rocking 88 acceleration and 86 sprint speed, and that will undoubtedly increase as he gets more minutes in the first team. He’s only 64 rated right now, but the +20 potential growth to 84 makes him more than worth his £814k price tag.
Reiss Nelson (RW, TSG Hoffenheim)
Reiss Nelson is on loan from Arsenal, so you may not be able to pick him up at the very start of your Career Mode, but he’s one to potentially nab at the end of the first season. 85 pace and 74 dribbling make him a force to be reckoned with on the right side, and for £979k, his 65 overall and 85 potential can be yours.
Tahith Chong (RW/LW, Manchester United)

Avid United fans will know of Tahith Chong from his extraordinary performances in the club's youth teams. Chong will cost you £979k, the same as Nelson, and you'll be getting the exact same overall rating and potential. He’s rocking four-star skills and a four-star weak foot though, and while he’s not as fast as Nelson, he’s much more rounded with solid physical, passing and dribbling stats.

Best Young Wingers: £1 million – £5 million

Orji Okwonkwo already has 89 pace

These chaps have started to get some minutes for their clubs in real life, but still have quite a bit of developing to do.
Callum Hudson-Odoi (RW/LW, Chelsea)
Hudson-Odoi made four senior appearances for Chelsea last season – two in the league and two in the FA Cup. The 17-year-old has some incredible stats, with 85 pace and 74 dribbling, alongside four-star skill moves. He’s got plenty of time to shoot up, too, as he’s rated 69 at the moment, but can increase to a whopping 87. He’s only £1.8m, too – not bad!
Orji Okwonkwo (LW, Bologna)
Despite not having his real face scanned into the game, Okwonkwo is an outstanding player for his £3.4m price tag. At just 20-years-old, he’ll improve hugely, going from a current 70 rating to his 85 potential. 89 pace and 77 dribbling are his standout stats, and he boasts decent short passing and ball control too.
João Félix (LW, Benfica)
A very well-rounded player, João Félix is just 18 years of age, and already plays for Benfica. The most expensive in this category, £4.3m will get you his four-star skill moves, 79 pace, 78 dribbling and 68 passing. With a current rating of 71, though, he’ll fit right into your squad as a rotation player on his way to reaching his 87 potential.

Best Young Wingers: £5 million – £10 million

Jadon Sancho only costs £7m in FIFA 19

Now, these guys are on another level. You’ll no doubt have heard of all three of these phenomenal wonderkids.
Ferran Torres (RW, Valencia CF)
A little slower than is ideal for a winger with 76 pace, but he more than makes up for it with a four-star weak foot, 79 dribbling, 75 ball control, and, most importantly, 72 finishing. His other shooting stats back up that final stat, meaning he’s much more of a player who likes to stay forward and shoot whenever the opportunity arises. He’ll cost you £6.2m for 73 overall and 86 potential.
Jadon Sancho (LW, Borussia Dortmund)
Jadon Sancho is only 18, but he's already made his Champions League debut for Borussia Dortmund, and came off the bench to play for England in the Nations League against Croatia. He’s an outstanding player – one of England’s brightest – with 88 acceleration, 90 agility, 85 dribbling and five-star skill moves. He’s worth £7m, but with a 73 overall and 88 potential you’d be foolish not to.
Justin Kluivert (RW/LW, AS Roma)
The son of famous Dutch international Patrick Kluivert, Justin is looking to be the third superstar in the family (Patrick’s father Kenneth was also a footballer). He’s worth £9.7m and you won’t look back if you go for him because he’s boasting 89 pace, 82 dribbling, 85 agility and both four-star skill moves and weak foot. He’s got very solid shooting stats and passing, along with a current 75 overall. His potential can go up to 86 – what more can you ask for?

You'll have to spend serious money to get them, but these three are incredible
Ryan Sessegnon (LW, Fulham)
A left-winger that can also play LB, but not LM? Interesting. Ryan Sessegnon is a regular starter for Fulham despite only being 18-years-old, and for good reason – his pace is already at 86. Other stats include 68 shooting, 67 passing, 75 dribbling, 65 defending and 62 physical. His ability to double as a full-back means he’s able to muscle off defenders when he’s attacking. His three-star skill moves and weak foot aren’t anything to laugh at either, although he’ll cost a whopping £10.6m. Right now he’s just a 75 overall, but with 88 potential, he’s tough to pass up.
Vinícius Júnior (RW/LW, Real Madrid)
Everyone knows of Vinícius Júnior by now. He’s only 17 yet he’s already featured for Real Madrid in La Liga. Where do we start? He’s got 93 pace, 81 dribbling, 79 stamina, 74 shot power, 73 finishing, a four-star weak foot, and five-star skill moves! The man will be up there competing for the Ballon D’Or in a few years once he goes from his 77 overall to his 92 potential, and, as such, he’ll cost you at least £15.4m.
Christian Pulisic (RW/LW, Borussia Dortmund)
Pulisic has 86 pace and is only going to get better

The second Dortmund player on this list, Pulisic is another player who is on another level. The 19-year-old has been playing for the first team since the 2015-16 season, when he was just 16! He’s also a regular in the USA national team, with 21 appearances and nine goals to his name. In FIFA 19, he’s got incredible 91 pace, 85 dribbling, 87 agility, 84 jumping, 82 ball control… we could go on. Oh, we can’t forget about his four-star skill moves and weak foot! He’ll set you back a ridiculous £16.7m, but we can assure you his 79 overall and 88 potential is worth it.

Best Young Wingers – Superstars

This time, we have three superstars for you, all costing more than £20m. All are starters for some of the biggest teams in the world.
Marcus Rashford (LW, Manchester United)
Rashford can also play up front but FIFA has his designated position as a left-winger. Nevertheless, Rashford is absolutely incredible, with 92 pace, 88 agility, 87 shot power, 83 dribbling, 81 positioning, four-star skill moves and weak foot. He’s also 6’1” so he’s more than capable in the air. He will set you back £23.3m at least if you want to tempt him and his 81 overall/89 potential away from Old Trafford.
Ousmane Dembélé (RW/LW, FC Barcelona)
There’s a few Dembeles tearing it up in Europe’s top leagues right now, but Ousmane is by far the most promising. He moved from Borussia Dortmund last season, and plays alongside the club’s star players like Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez regularly. His FIFA 19 stats are on another level, with 92 pace, 90 dribbling, 90 agility, 85 balance, 83 shot power and more. He’s one of the few players with a five-star weak foot, and with his 83 overall and 92 potential, it all adds up to a £35.2m transfer fee.
Kylian Mbappé (RW, Paris Saint-Germain)
Mbappé is already one of FIFA 19's best players, but he can get even better

Mbappé is the best player on this list. Currently just 19-years-old, he’s already rated at 87 with an unbelievable 95 potential. He’s got 96 pace, making him one of the fastest in the game, but he also boasts five-star skill moves, 89 dribbling, 86 finishing, 85 positioning, and 84 vision. If you have the opportunity to pick up Mbappé, you'd be a fool not to. However, he’ll cost £63.4m, so you'd better get saving.
