Catie Munnings is an up-and-coming British rally driver who started competing from a young age after being inspired to enter the sport by her petrolhead father, Chris Munnings, who ran the London rally school at Brands Hatch. “I used to drive with him when I was only five or six," says Catie. "I could only see the tops of the trees and wondered why we were going fast. But even then I loved the thrill of it."

She mastered the art of the handbrake turn by the age of 13 and spent the following few years gaining invaluable experience by entering club rally events across the UK, doing everything from driving alongside her father (who was on co-pilot duties) to testing with a professional rally team when she was 17.
