Matt LeBlanc becomes Top Gear's newest presenter
The former Friends star and committed petrolhead joins Chris Evans’ new show.
Matt Le Blanc is set to become the newest addition to the Top Gear presenting line-up after it was announced that the actor would join host Chris Evans on the revamped show.
The former Friends actor is a serious petrolhead who's frequently seen around the MotoGP and Formula One paddocks, as well as dabbling in amateur racing himself.
LeBlanc also made two appearances on the previous incarnation of Top Gear, setting the fastest ever celebrity lap time around the Top Gear test track in the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car segment.
"As a car nut and a massive fan of Top Gear, I'm honoured and excited to be a part of this iconic show's new chapter," LeBlanc said in a press release. "What a thrill!"
