The stunning 600-acre farm backs onto a 10,000-acre forest by the Sweet Lamb Motorsport Complex, making for some pretty epic riding locations and super-varied terrain.

ActionTrax is a purpose-built off-road facility in Tunbridge Wells that provides enduro riders with a professional track to practise on, as well as helpful training for those new to the challenge, or for riders who want to get more competitive.
The training provided at ActionTrax is perfect for beginner and novice riders looking to improve their skills and become competition ready, as well as catering for more advanced riders, too. Taking place on the morning of their enduro events, training sessions take place on closed sections of the course, before letting the riders loose on the open course in the afternoons. With plenty of events and practice days being held at the facility, it’s the perfect place to gain the confidence and necessary skills needed to progress at enduro.
Although non-competitive, track layouts are designed to help riders deal with any competitive time card or hare and hounds-style challenge out there.
Private hire days can be arranged for groups looking for some extra track time and top tips. These are three to four-hour sessions where the groups can choose different techniques and track features to work on. Suspension and bike set-up days are also available, which can be extremely helpful for those new to the sport.
