Steps to getting that perfect endo
- Find yourself somewhere flat or slightly downhill with a grippy surface
- Roll along, pedals flat, with your finger covering the front brake lever
- Bend legs and spring up, pushing on the bars and pulling the front brake at same time
- Use your body’s momentum to get that rear wheel off the ground – once you feel it lifting stay strong and don’t change your position on the bike
- The next thing to do is really get a feel for that front wheel balance point
- If you feel like you’re going to go over the bars release the front brake and your back wheel should come back down to the ground
