Read about the new game show in which some of India’s most famous gaming and esports personalities will face off in teams of two.
Good Game Show is a never-before-seen game show dedicated to Indian gaming and esports.
It pits some of India’s best streamers, casters, pro gamers, commentators, and other gaming personalities against each other in a game show format where two teams try to beat each other by collecting the maximum points over several rounds.
Hosted by Ocean Sharma, the game show is made into five episodes of about 25 minutes each, with two teams (Team Red and Team Blue) competing in each episode. Each team will consist of two players each, so it is essentially a two-vs-team battle.
They go head-to-head to earn maximum points while ensuring they survive till the end of the game since each team has a health bar and wrong answers will deduct health. But teams also have chances to replenish their health and earn buffs as power-ups can be won at different stages of the game as well.
Explained here are the rounds in each episode:
- Round 1: Beginner's Battle – The first round will see the two teams butting heads in a game of trivia, with minus marking on life bars each time a team answers incorrectly.
- Round 2: Chaos in the Middle – This is a dumb charades round with a gaming spin on it. Beprepared to see the players make the goofiest faces as they try to explain the name of the game to their teammate.
- Round 3: Ab Buzz kar – As the name suggests, this is a buzzer round that tests how quickly the gamers can think up the correct answer.
- Round 4: The Final Fight – This round will put the gamers in a more physical challenge where they compete in the childhood classic game Dog and the bone.
- Bonus Round: MedKit – This bonus round will give the losing team a chance to snatch victory with three rounds of Rock paper scissors.
The show will be full of banter, challenges, excitement, laughter, and an opportunity to see your favourite gamers doing things you’ve never seen them do before. Watch them rise and fall, and see how they deal with each failure in real time. Get a glimpse into how they bring their competitiveness and passion away from the screens and into the real world, but just the same as you would see in any LAN tournament.

Episode 1
Jonathan and Harshi of Team Red take on Sharkshe and TbOne in Team Blue with loads of laughter and unfiltered banter in the first episode. Episode 2
V3nom and Rebel of Team Red face LolzZz and Kripz of Team Blue in the second episode of Good Game Show. Watch V3nom get stumped with the very first question when he has to recall the duration of the bomb ticker in Valorant. Be ready for the banter between Rebel and Kripz as they argue the names of the protagonists from Red Dead Redemption 2 and Uncharted. And find out which team takes a resounding victory.
Episode 3
Two of India’s biggest esports teams were represented with Global Esports’ Jaideep Sood and Swifty (Team Red) taking on Godlike Esports’ Dobby and Ghatak (Team Blue). Will JD and Swifty remember the first game to feature popular character Mario? Would Ghatak be able to recall the names of five maps from PUBG? And find out which team wins in the final round.
