Canadian high diver Molly Carlson and German esports pro Amar ‘Amar’ Al Naimi are also successful entrepreneurs. At the Red Bull Basement World Final, they’re sharing their insights and learnings.

We caught up with Carlson and Amar at the Red Bull Basement 2024 World Final in Tokyo, Japan, where they’re serving as a global judge and an expert mentor, respectively. In-between their interactions with the 40 teams who are attending workshops and preparing to pitch their ideas to the judging panel, the two athletes took a moment to talk about their experiences.
