For any Career Mode, it's absolutely crucial that you scout the market and find a few promising young players. While dynamic potential means any player can exceed their limit, exciting prospects like João Félix will grow much quicker.
However, not every team can afford a superstar striker and the in-game scouts aren't always helpful. Instead, avoid the hard work and use this nifty guide to navigate the best young strikers in the game at every price point.

Best young strikers - £1 million and under

With a transfer market value of just £900,000, Tottenham Hotspurs' Troy Parrot will prove to be an absolute bargain. The Irishman starts at a respectable 64 overall but has potential to be an 85. With good acceleration (78), solid agility (72) and a four-star weak-foot, he could easily become your top scorer.
Willem Geubbels
Pace is still the most important stat in FIFA 20 and Willem Geubbels, fortunately, has it in spades. The 17-year-old is incredibly quick for a 64-rated player with 84 sprint speed and acceleration. With 84 potential, Guebbels is an absolute steal at £810k.

Best young strikers - £1-5m

The Manchester United prospect has burst onto the scene under Ole Gunnar Solskjær and could be the star striker your team needs. For £1.4m you get a 67-rated forward with solid shooting and passing stats, a perfect five-star weak-foot and outstanding potential of 87.
Myron Boadu
Myron Boadu is a forward who will cause defenders all kinds of problems before he even reaches his 84 potential. The £3.3m will be worth it for his base stats alone with his 86 acceleration, 86 agility, 86 jumping, 73 dribbling and 71 shot power.
Jan Hurtado
For those who want some South American flair for their squad, Jan Hurtado is ideal. At 70 overall, Venezuelan has a market value of £3.5m with four-star skills, 85 acceleration, 73 strength and in general, solid shooting and dribbling stats. With 86 potential, it might even be worth activating his £7m release clause but you should be able to get him cheaper than that.

Best young strikers - £5-10m

The 19-year-old has taken Europe by storm this year after scoring nine goals in Norway U20's 12-0 victory over Honduras U20s and scoring a hat trick against Genk in his Champions League debut. The 73-rated forward costs just £5.9m and will grow to an 85 with excellent pace, physicality and finishing.
Victor Osimhen
If you want to inject pace into your side then 74-rated Victor Osimhen is one of your best options with his 90 sprint speed. The Nigerian already has excellent shooting and physical stats, making him a sensational striker when he reaches his 85 potential.
Matheus Cunha

Matheus Cunha is a tricky forward with excellent dribbling ability plus his four-star skills and weak-foot make him unpredictable. Starting as a 74 but growing into an 85, the Brazilian is well worth the £9m investment.

Best young strikers - £10-20m

Aston Villa's hitman Wesley already starts with a fairly high overall at 79 but once he reaches his potential of 85 you will have one of the most athletic forwards, in the game after paying £15.8m. The Brazilian has 83 sprint speed, 95 strength and 84 shot power making him a real handful for defenders.
Jonathan David
Once Gent's Jonathan David reaches his 87 potential, you will have a complete forward. The 74-rated Canadian with a market value of £9.5m has good pace, dribbling, shooting, passing and physical stats as well as a five-star weak-foot. What more could you ask for?
Donyell Malen

The cheapest option of this price-range, Donyell Malen has a transfer value of £10.7m and is worth every penny. The 20-year-old is lightning quick with 92 acceleration and 90 sprint speed which complements his four-star skills. However, his 78 finishing and 75 shot power means he is so much more than just a pace merchant.

João Félix is your premium option for a young striker but fortunately is much cheaper in FIFA 20 than his £113m price tag in real life. For £25.2m you will get an 80-rated forward with exceptional pace, shooting and dribbling stats as well as five-star skills and a four-star weak-foot. With his 93 potential, Felix will turn into a player the same calibre as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
