After we saw the first Clash Royale tournament in April attract over 1.4 million views on Supercell’s YouTube stream alone, it’s clear that the developer’s newest mobile game is taking off even faster than we expected and it has been topping the charts in the US for the most downloaded app on both iOS and Android. Whilst it’s still got a long way to go before it catches up with Clash of Clans, we’re already seeing some exciting new cards being introduced to the game and positive changes to the loot system which will make it far more rewarding for players. Consistently one of the highest ranked players in the world, his videos offer some great strategic insights, so if you’re searching for guides from one of the very best players there is then look no further. His match against Light Wing in the clip above showcases the top two ranked players in the world going head to head with almost identical decks.
Galadon Gaming
An established Clash of Clans player and self-confessed mobile gaming addict with over a million followers, very little is known about Galadon but he’s a fantastic source of knowledge on Supercell’s games and brings an energy and enthusiasm to his YouTube videos that many dedicated players will appreciate. What started out as a casual hobby for him has quickly become a full-time job, and he’s now solely dedicated to Supercell’s titles. Galadon generally avoids spamming his followers with endless videos on gem exploits or chest openings so if you’re looking for some well put together videos on card strategy and Arena levels then he’s a great one to watch.
GAMINGwithMOLT
A streamer on both Twitch and YouTube, Michael Holt from South Carolina has seen his subscriber figures shoot up thanks to his crazy battles on Clash Royale. Like many other streamers out there he helps out his viewers by explaining the thought processes behind his decisions and he offers tips and insights for both casual and the more hardcore gamers. He has excellent videos dedicated to explaining lower level and higher level strategies so, no matter how experienced you are, you’ll definitely see your play improve if you check out his guides. A full time iOS gamer with a lively fan base and almost a million YouTube subscribers, Nick, or Nickatnyte as he goes by online, posts top quality Clash Royale videos on a daily basis. He often pairs up with other streamers in order to provide more detailed discussions of new cards and deck types and places a lot of emphasis on the social side of gaming, so he’s one of the best streamers at interacting with his viewers. He’s got a popular Twitch stream as well so you can watch him play live from time to time. We really love his series showcasing the newest legendary cards, including the majestic flying beast that is the Lava Hound which splits into six little lava pups upon its death.
Monsterdface
Monsterdface is one of the best Twitch streamers for Clash Royale, with a long daily afternoon stream and thousands of keen viewers. He’s recently been making an effort to upload highlights of his stream onto YouTube so you can take a look at some of his matches on there also. He’s been involved in casting some of the early Reddit tournaments and with a great sense of humour and a lively personality you’re sure to see more of him as Clash Royale’s competitive scene grows. Another well-known Clash of Clans streamer, who broke the official record for donating the most troops within one season in 2015, Koopatroopa787 has added Clash Royale clips to his YouTube channel and Twitch stream since the game was released. He’s a positive guy from Minnesota who streams consistently, chats to his viewers, and has a passion for mobile gaming. We love his guide on how you can quickly rack up Trophies early on and he’s great at explaining basic concepts so if you’re new to Clash Royale then his stream is one of the best to watch.
Phonecats
Phonecats is one of the most popular Clash Royale streamers on Twitch, with a daily stream each afternoon in which he plays the top game on iOS and Android. He also has a YouTube channel that showcases new decks he’s experimenting with and discussions of cards and tactics. He’s a top level player who competes in the Legendary Arena so if you’re looking for something new to play then try out his insane Mini Pekka deck or his infuriating Poison Mirror strategy, which relies on coating the battlefield with deadly toxins to gradually wear down your opponent’s defences.
