The craziest kitesurfing competition is back with a new qualifier in Spain. The winner gets a ticket to South Africa to participate in Red Bull King of the Air.
The world’s most extreme kitesurfing championship returns with a new event in Spain, offering the chance to compete against the pros of the discipline. For the first time, Red Bull King of the Air will visit Europe's wind mecca in Tarifa (Cádiz), hosting one of its three qualifying events, alongside Denmark and France, that will take place this year and feature some of the best kitesurfing professionals of the moment. On September 14, the iconic Balneario Beach will be the privileged venue for the event, in a bay where two seas (the Mediterranean and the Atlantic) and two winds (North and South) meet. The event will determine the champion who will travel to Cape Town to participate in the historic Red Bull King of the Air in South Africa.
