Skora Move
- Step 1: Immediately after starting the trick, bring up your standing foot to give yourself time to fit in the second 'outside' revolution.
- Step 2: Perform the second 'outside' revolution when the ball falls to waist height.
- Step 3: Now wrap your foot around the ball one more time to bring the Skora Move to a successful conclusion.

Lemmens Around the World
- Step 1: Flick the ball into the air, making sure it reaches up to at least your chest.
- Step 2: You can start the trick while the ball is still traveling up or when it starts to come down. Practice to find out when it’s most comfortable for you to do your first rotation.
- Step 3: Bring your foot around the ball for a second rotation before it falls to the floor or onto your other foot.

The Jordan Stall
- Step 1: Flick the ball up and catch it between your knees. Then roll the ball behind one knee and keep it there, squeezed between the back of your calf and the back of your thigh.
- Step 2: Now perform a handstand, keeping the ball pressed between your calf and thigh.
- Step 3: Then release the ball so it travels onto the sole of your foot.

The Dimetto
- Step 1: Get comfortable sat on the floor and start by keeping the ball in the air using both feet.
- Step 2: Control the ball on the outside of one foot and then bring it below your supporting leg.
- Step 3: Then flick the ball into the air and get yourself onto your feet in time to control it when it begins to fall.

The Pavel Roll
- Step 1: Start by flicking the ball up with one of your feet and catching it on the back of your neck.
- Step 2: Let the ball drift onto an ear before making it travel over the top of your head and stopping it on the opposite side from the start.
- Step 3: The ball should come to a rest on the opposite ear from where you started the trick.

The Back Flip Catch
- Step 1: Flick the ball up into the air to a height of approximately one meter above your head.
- Step 2: As the ball is coming down perform a backflip and catch the ball between your knees while in the air.
- Step 3: Nail your landing while keeping the ball safely lodged between your knees.

The Tornado
- Step 1: Start things off by flicking the ball into the air.
- Step 2: While the ball is in the air start to spin your body through 360 degrees.
- Step 3: Before completing the 360-degree spin do one rotation of the ball with your leading foot.

The Michryc
- Step 1: Your first touch needs to put the ball right where you want it, around waist height.
- Step 2: While the ball is in the air start to spin your body through 360 degrees.
- Step 3: Before completing the 360-degree spin do two rotations of the ball.

The Yorok
- Step 1: Start things off with a Magic Spin, a move which sees the ball pass from the outside of one big toe to another.
- Step 2: When the ball travels up after the Magic Spin, duck under the ball before it starts to fall to the ground.
- Step 3: Then sit on the floor in time for the ball to land on your knee while your other knees crosses over the top of the ball.

No Touch Combo
- Step 1: Kick the ball up with your left foot and complete a rotation with your right foot.
- Step 2: As the ball falls to the ground bring it back up with your right foot.
- Step 3: Then complete a rotation of the ball with your left foot.
