Meet the unsung heroes on the Infiniti Red Bull Racing pitwall and discover their jobs on race day.

Formula One drivers may be the ones who make the headlines and get covered in champagne on the podium, but they'd never get there without their team.

Seven of the most important people in the Infiniti Red Bull Racing team are sat on the pitwall for each and every F1 race, making sure they get the very best out of the race in terms of driver performance, car performance and of course, race strategy.

Jonathan Wheatley – As Team Manager of Infiniti Red Bull Racing, Wheatley splits his responsibilities between the factory in Milton Keynes and the race tracks. He is responsible for managing and training his employees.

Adrian Newey – Chief Technical Officer, Adrian Newey is one of the most successful men to have ever been involved in Formula One. His supreme knowledge has taken him to no less than 10 Formula One Constructors' titles with various teams – only Ferrari has won more.

Christian Horner – As Team Principal, Horner is responsible for the day-to-day running of the team and has guided Infiniti Red Bull Racing from a midfield team back in 2005, to four consecutive world titles between 2010 and 2013.

Guillaume Rocquelin – Formerly Sebastian Vettel's race engineer, 'Rocky' was promoted to Head of Race Engineering at the start of 2015 and now looks after duties on both sides of the garage.

Will Courtenay – The Head of Race Strategy is in charge of the driver's strategies during the ever changing conditions of an F1 race. Courtenay is the guy who rolls the dice when tyre wear or rain becomes a factor.

Gianpiero Lambiase – The race engineer is almost like a rally co-driver but without being in the car. Lambiase is constantly feeding his driver Daniil Kvyat information during the race to help him get the best out of the car.

Simon Rennie – Rennie is Daniel Ricciardo's race engineer. Like Lambiase, he is constantly in contact with his driver making sure the car is in the correct modes during the race.
