Rallye Monte-Carlo Stages 12-13

Sebastien Ogier took the cautious approach in the rain, ice and snow and still extended his lead at the Monte Carlo Rally. With just two stages to go, the world champion is determined not to put a foot wrong as he looks to wrap his first Monte Carlo as a VW driver.
Citroen’s Kris Meeke has edged another step closer to securing third place after a brace of second-fastest times on this afternoon’s stages. He added a minute to his advantage over team-mate Mads Ostberg.

Rallye Monte-Carlo Stages 9-11

Despite heavy rain turning the roads at the Monte Carlo Rally into an ice rink, Sébastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia produced a great comeback to take the lead at the end of day two of the Rally Monte Carlo. The world champions won three of the day’s five special stages, finishing runner-up in the other two, turning a 47-second deficit into a 51-second lead.
