July had its moments. The Right went off. South America did the same, namely in Chile and Peru. Tahiti did something they're calling "Code Orange" — not quite Code Red, but plenty big and scary enough to warrant its own color classification and give Niccolo Porcella nightmares for the rest of his life. Throw the Indian Ocean's swell of the century in the mix, and you've got yourself some highlight stew, baby.
But for all that went right, there were the far less celebrated things that went wrong, horribly wrong. If watching the clip above makes you cringe, just imagine how poor Porcella feels.
