Denmark's Simon Andreassen has long been considered one of the world’s biggest talents on the mountain bike scene. A Danish, European and double Junior World Champion, he consistently delivers outstanding performances, be it at cyclo-cross or XCO events.
Having started his MTB career back in 2012, Simon made the move from Odense to Copenhagen in order to concentrate on his mountain bike career. The move paid off when he made history at Rio in 2016 by becoming the youngest ever rider to compete at the Olympics. He also enjoyed a hugely impressive junior career, winning numerous European and World titles.
