The communal aspect of filmmaking is what keeps me creating. Being able to bounce ideas off people and create something you could not imagine alone is a magical experience. Creating this film gave me a chance to partake in that magic and collaborate on a bigger scale. Every moment of this process is one I will cherish and hold with me as I continue to grow in my career.

Ghetto Film School Ghetto Film School (GFS) is an award-winning nonprofit founded in 2000 to educate, develop and celebrate the next generation of great storytellers. With locations in New York City, Los Angeles and London, GFS equips students for top universities and careers in the creative industries through two tracks: an introductory education program for high school students and early career support for alumni and young professionals. We teach young filmmakers to develop their voices and give them a platform to tell their stories to the world. We create meaningful professional experiences and job placements for our students, alumni and the Roster community. We partner with leaders in arts, education and business to push the culture forward on issues of inclusion and creativity.
